Caoimh, from Caomh, meaning "kind" or "gentle". ? also means son of so directly translated the name means "Son of Kind" or "Son of Gentle". Mary Buehler
My Great Grandmother was Lucy O'Keefe and immigrated through Canada. She lived in Derry with her husband John Sullivan. They had one daughter Eileen Sullivan (born in Manchester England while visiting relatives) they came to the US from Canada when she was 4 years old. Eileen married Arthur Buehler ( his family is from Utica NY ). Lucy was a talented painter.
